  1. What is M1 ID?
    M1 ID is an email address of your choice to allow you to remember it easily. It also allows you to login to manage all your services under M1.

  2. Why should I sign up for M1 ID?
    It is a single login for your subsequent purchase, receive your eBill and more.

  3. How do I sign up for M1 ID?
    Bespoke plans
    It is simple. The email address that you are providing for your first service with M1 is the “M1 ID” for Bespoke plans.

    Non-Bespoke plans and Fibre Broadband

    a. Register for M1 ID here.
    b. An activation email will be sent to you. Click on the link to activate when received.
    c. In the event that you do not receive the email, please check your Junk/Spam folder.
    d. If your M1 ID is not activated within 2 days of creation, it will be removed from the system.

  4. Can I sign up for more than one M1 ID?
    You can only sign up for one M1 ID under each NRIC/FIN.

  5. What will happen to my M1 ID if I terminate all my M1 services?
    Your M1 ID will remain active and it will allow you to access M1 Online Store.

  6. I am on Bespoke plan, how do I change my M1 ID?
    You may change your M1 ID via My M1+ App.
